Read only
Silent Night never writes to your POS, timeclock or any connected system. It only reads.
A write-only vault
Connection keys are saved once and cannot be read back out by anyone, including our team through the app.
Encrypted
In transit and at rest. A dedicated Postgres database hosted by Supabase on AWS in the United States, backed up automatically.
Locked at the database
Row-level security rules enforced by the database itself, not just the app. Account creation is switched off, so nobody can register themselves.
Few hands
Only the named people on your account see your numbers. Nothing is shared with another restaurant.
Never sold
Your data is never sold, never shared, and never used to train anything. Marketing and demos use a made-up restaurant.
What we never receive.
No customer names. No card numbers. No payment details. Your POS strips cardholder data before anything leaves it, and Silent Night has no access to your payment processing.
